P90x or six pack shortcuts?

hi umm i am 5'4 and about 185 i need to get abs and be stronger in about 5 months. which workout do you think is the best mike chang six pack shortcuts or tony hortons p90x, both r really good but which one gives best results, p90x i more common but if there r some of you that dont know what six pack shortcuts is then just type it in on google look at the videos and tell me which is better please.
