Complaint letter to Tim Horton's ?

ok so I went on the Tim Hortons website where it says "contact us" and a filled out the form with my complaint and then when I sent it, it said I would receice some confirmation number or something via email. I received a "work ticket number" but I have no idea what im supposed to do with it? anyone know what that means?
