Can someone help me with tim horton's measurements?

My sister has a coffee pot at home but she doesn't use it cause she says it doesn't taste right. She'll only drink coffee. From tim horton's. She started with a medium dbl dbl, then moved up to a triple triple & now an xlrg 4 & 4. I was told Tim horton's sugar despencer pumps out different measurements for each. So how much sugar & cream (in spoon or cup measuerements) goes in a xlrg 4 & 4 ? that's the same size as her travel mugs and she can't afford to be going to tim horton's all the time..
