I'm pissed off with my parents?

Well I'm 15 and every holiday my parents go to nice places like Spain and Italy and instead of me going with them they send me to visit my brother who lives in America and I can't stand his annoying American wife. Because she doesn't let me smoke and that's a problem for me because I have been smoking since I was 9 and my brothers wife doesn't even let me have a beer with my brother which I think is wrong because me and my brother like to have man to man discussions and we use to drink all the time before he moved to Tampa,Florida. Plus on the last two times I went there my brothers wife checks my suitcase and she takes away all my alcohol and tobacco which really annoys me by the way. Also there's nothing to do in Tampa,Florida because my brothers wife won't allow me out of the house on my own because she thinks it's to dangerous in Tampa,Florida. The only thing that I can really do there is watch American TV or swim in their swimming pool which gets boring after a while. Plus my brothers wife also makes me go food shopping with her and buys me all these crap American clothes and makes me wear them. What should I do? My parents already booked my flight and they have my tickets!
