The best way to approach this is to talk to her & tell her exactly what is on ur mind tell her I can't work so late it's gonna mess me up in cl & I am very sorry for not coming in those 2 weeks and I'll make my best effort to not let that happen again, then if she doesn't cooperate then since you are underage then ur parent or guardian has a right to protect you & go talk to the manager themselves don't quit without trying all that you can first & if that still don't work talk to someone who is in more control then her.
