Now that Rome is suspended will his name appear on the Stanley Cup if Canucks win?

Of course! If he helped his team get the Cup, he should! Anyway, I think you gotta play (as in have actual ice time) in at least half the games of the season for that team or have played in the playoffs with that team. :-) Don't worry, if the 'Nucks win the Cup (which they won't, God willing--go Bruins!), Rome's foolish play won't cost him the recognition he deserves for being part of a championship team.
