BBC 4th Gen Chevrolet Camaro?

I'm looking at the 8100 series vortec motor (8.1l 496cid) as a conversion to my fourth gen. I need to know what manual transmissions will work on the motor, and I need to know what computer I could run, like a z28 PCM, or a stand alone system. Thanks for all of your help guys.
