What should i do about this situation?

I like this guy, we met this year at school. There is also a girl who likes him (her and i have hated each other since elementary) Me and him eat lunch together sometimes, hung out like 2 times at night or weekends and walked home together sometimes. So does the other girl with him. My friend asked him if he liked that girl and he laughed and said no. So i texted him and said who do you like and he said this girl i went to tim hortons with ;) which was me..but we werent going anywhere other then weve hugged a few times, now he says he doesnt know exactly who he likes but he invites to drive me to his games with his parents and he never does that to the other girl. What should i do? should i tell him, i wanna be something with him? or something else? and how should i?
