My resume needs alot of work... help?

I have never had a job before or volunteered anywhere. It seems no matter where I apply to though they'll need a resume, so other than maybe some info and hobbies I don't know what to put on mine. I need to fill it with information that is sure to get me hired at a place like McDonalds, or Tim Hortons. So what would you do with my resume... ? A visual would be helpful. Thank you.
