Is this a weird eating habit?

I really really really love eating Coffee Mix, the Maxwell House and the Tim Hortons coffee mix, Oh god, I always can't stop my self from eating it, I always dig into the coffee mix and grab a hand full of coffee mix, and always dump it in my mouth then OH it tastes so good, Awhile eating it, my gums feel so good. Is this a weird eating habit? and How do I stop it? My mother, grandma and father doesn't approve me eating it and they always hide it and I will always find it.. it's like my nose know where it is.
