How to make crab legs without boiling the crab?

usually when i go to winn dixie they are able to season the crab for you i usually make them season it wit garlic powder, old bay, and lemon pepper. but the thing is i never pay attention to see how they cook it because i usually got pick up a few item at the market and return to the boucher and its already done, and it always full with the sauce of the crab in the container. i do they get that nice er sauce i know they do not boil there at the grocery store
