HOW CAN I TAN??? HELLPPP!!!?

ok so pretty much im white as a ghost..but i freckle ike crazy and i hate it. amd when i try to tan in the sun i burn and after the burn is gone im literally paler than i was before. how can i tan without spray tanning, going to a tanning booth, or turning into a crab out in th sun??? any suggestions on lotions or anything?? i really need help!
