Are there such people as s?

There is a guy here who claims he is a he is about 60 years old. He also tells people he has kids all girls. He enjoys bragging about it. People laugh about him when he leaves a building all saying he is a freak yet he enjoys telling everyone about it this is a small city called orillia, ontario, canada north of barrie. I don't find it too amusing but others do he frequents the tim horton's on colbourne street in orillia i see him go by my place alot with his lady friend and child he is the one in a chair. I read stuff online on these folks but some say is a myth can someone shed some light on this matter. If they do exist can they father/mother kids
